3rd generation San DiegoI started in the mortgage industry in 2004, got my real estate license in 2006 and my brokers license in 2008. Since then I have worked in many roles; office manger leading a team of over 20 agents, loan officer, owning a mortgage brokerage, owning my own real estate firm, running a short sale processing company, property management, flipping, and more. The diverse background in the same industry allows me to cohesively know how real estate and financing interact and allow me to guide clients to the best real estate and financing solution that fits their needs.
OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME:
While the bulk of my professional history is in real estate and finance - the bulk of my formal education is in sciences. I have a Biology degree from SDSU and a nursing degree from City College with BSN component from University of Texas. I believe this intersection of real estate and sciences is critical for the upcoming real estate markets of the future.
